Return & Refund Policy

At Creations by SMZ, every order is prepared with care, and many of our products are handmade or personalized specifically for you.

Personalized & Customized Products
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Please carefully check names, spellings, colors, sizes, and other customization details before placing your order. We cannot accept returns for errors in information provided by the customer.

Handmade Products
Our handmade products are individually crafted. Minor variations in color, finishing, placement, or appearance may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation or customization has started. Once work on a personalized or handmade order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Conditions
Any return approved by Creations by SMZ must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging. Please do not send any product back without contacting us and receiving confirmation first.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item or claim has been reviewed. Any applicable processing or delivery charges may be deducted unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
